Cathy: Day 1: Eat only bran flake cereal. 5/8 cup serving every 2.5 hours. Charlene: I thought we didn't believe in fad diets anymore, Cathy. Cathy: We don't. This is a "kick-start" diet! "Fad" diets get blown after ten days...but "kick start" diets are only supposed to last ten days! It's a whole different mentality! Woman: Should be all over in 48 hours. Charlene: Or less. Cathy: AACK! "5/8 cup"!! I ate 3/4 cup by accident!! I blew it!!
Not to mention the fact that if she eats bran cereal every 2.5 hours today, she’s going to have a problem tomorrow morning! ;-)
