Irving: Vivian has "crate issues." Could we drive instead of fly on our vacation? Cathy: Electra has "back seat issues." She'd have to ride in the front. Irving: Vivian has "jealousy issues." She has to be exactly equal. Cathy: Electra has "individuation issues." She hates being copied. Irving: Vivian has "ego issues." She can't take criticism. Irving and Cathy: What kind of wimp are you?!! Electra: She has "control issues." Vivian: He has "temper issues."
I think these two need to stop projecting their own issues onto their dogs, reconsider this whole thing and go back to planning their own separate trips away from each other! Only then will they ALL have the vacation they really want!!!

lindz.coop: (from yesterday) You’re right. Our dog did seem to be bullied by her litter brothers the day we adopted her at the breeder’s and it was something she never really got over. But I think dogs (and other animals, too) are pretty much like us in the regard that just as we don’t always like and get along with other people simply because we’re the same “breed,” the same thing applies to them. They have their same likes and dislikes, too, when it comes to making “friends.” That’s why some get along great, and others get into fights — just like people (unfortunately).
