Saleswoman: Do you own that one, fabulous, go-anywhere, do-anything suit?? Cathy: Yes, I do. However, two years ago you convinced me the mini was here to stay, so I chopped five too many inches off the skirt. LAST year you said suits were out, so I wore the jacket with other things and had it cleaned so many times it no longer matches the pants! Now I own a fabulous three-piece suit, none of the pieces of which go together!! Saleswoman: Our long-term sales strategy is finally paying off!
Cathy…pick out some classic clothes from LL Bean, and you’ll Never have to worry about what goes with which, or whether it is in “style” or not! In fact, in my last job, I wore only LL Bean clothes and was very happy with them (but, of course, I am a dress-down sort of person, anyway… ;)
