Our mother's generation had a natural serenity. We have "botox-ic assets".

I wonder if, some day, they will try to explain these last few years as result of Botox poisoning of the wealthy and influential.

I’m not a migraine sufferer so I have no intentions whatsoever of getting Botox treatments just for the hell of it in order to “freeze” a few little wrinkles here and there. But if I ever DID decide to do it, I certainly wouldn’t let a department store sales clerk be the one to give them to me — even if it were legal for them to do so (which it isn’t). An untrained, non-medical person putting an injection of botulism into my face? Absolutely positively NOT!

I suspect the clerk here is the up-front person who sells you on the procedure. Then you get an appointment with a doctor for the actual treatment. After all, the procedure still needs to be sold and the doctor is probably too busy to do that part as well.
vaughnrl2003 – that is actually quite believable – better than any other reason I can think of for the mess we have seen over the past few years.
It is ‘wear a jacket’ cold outside today. A little sunshine now but nowhere near as warm as it has been. Ah well, good excuse to stay inside and not do any outside work. I hope everyone sees a little sunshine today.

Twas beautiful 70 degrees and sunny here last 2 days. Cool breeze all day too…just the way I like it…90s coming on Tuesday tho. I never even thought of botox and I never heard of it for migraines, Mom…does it really work for that?
