Wow, I think I would walk right out of a store where they call me egocentric for wanting the jeans I’ve always bought. Maybe that makes me egocentric, but if I’ve bought a style at a store previously, then I’d expect to find them there again. Granted, there are stores with different styles, as in LL Bean seems more classic than Abercrombie and Fitch. So I would expect to find the same style at LL Bean, but probably not at A&F because they specialize in trendy styles.

Irving must be really dumb if he can’t pick out a pair of jeans for himself. But, some men can’t be trusted. I sent my DH to the local drugstore to buy a pair of cheap bi-focals to have as a spare pair, and he comes home with women’s frames. When I pointed out what he did, and asked him WHY he did it, he said he could see through them, so he bought them. He kept them, even after I nagged him a bit, but I did make sure he NEVER left the house with them.

Re: the age comments from yesterday. I have started answering the age question with “I am 39 and a few months”. When pressed I will admit it is 373 months.
Has anybody got some warm weather they could spare? Trying to level and plant on the freshly spread topsoil in the yard but it has been too wet and cold. Need about 3 days of sunshine to dry it out now.
