Cathy: Mom and I sipped sugar-free iced tea and squabbled. We ate tiny salads with fat-free dressing and got on each other's nerves. WE ORDERED A GIANT PIECE OF PIE A LA MODE WITH TWO FORKS, AND ARE HAVING THE TIME OF OUR LIVES!! We do better when we speak the language of love in the dialect of dessert.
And you can have goodies every day and not gain the weight if you just don’t have huge servings…so we can all “do better.”
