Sleep! Metabolism! Mood!" "Perks up love life! Balances checkbook! Mends relationship with mom! Organizes! closets! Clears skin! Gets stains out! Writes thank you notes!" Irving: What happened to our walk? Cathy: I exhausted myself reading the brochure.
Given how little exercise Cathy usually gets, I’m pretty sure she didn’t need anything THAT fancy and expensive just to take short, occasional walks around the neighborhood with Irving and the dogs, but as long as they (eventually) motivate her to get up off that couch and actually start moving, then I guess that’s the only thing that really matters!
