Have you cut out all the mocha lattes, Belgian chocolates, olive loaves, imported ice cream, croissants, gourmet carry-outs and Italian foods (from 10/21) along with everything else that’s overloaded with tons of sugar and fat yet? If not, then all the exercise in the world isn’t going to help you lose weight until you quit eating what’s causing you to gain it all to begin with! :-/
