Business casual has nothing to do with eating all day; that’s on YOU, Cathy! (Geez, those look like pajamas, not sweats)

While the ultimate decision on what and how much to eat lies with Cathy, I do agree that if I’m dressed in casual, stretchy clothes makes me feel less in control and more relaxed. Even when I was working and had casual Fridays, I would still only wear jeans and a more fun top, rather than going full-out and wearing sweats.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day, all!

I was saved from becoming an overweight desk jockey from eating all the free high-calorie snacks by being gluten-intolerant. :)

Since I dressed the same for business normal and business casual I cannot blame loose clothing for my weight gain. I have to blame stress eating which is something hard to control – but I am getting there.

Another fine mid-week day. Please enjoy it.

I suppose one upside to my pre-diabetes diagnosis is that I now have enough motivation to turn down sweets. Sigh.

Yeah … casual Fridays can kinda mess with your mind, can’t they? Of course, you-know-who takes things to her usual extreme. Just how I like it.

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.

I worked on avoiding the constant flow of fattening foods when I was working in the office. It was disgusting.
