Hate to do a commercial plug here (assuming it doesn’t get pulled) but a premium ice cream brand you can buy at the supermarket that you could abbreviate “H-D” has an excellent, restaurant-grade (=expensive) green tea ice cream.I do find with the high end ice creams that a pint will last me two or three nights whereas I always want to eat more of the cheaper brands. More air mixed into them?

I think green ice cream (which could also be pistachio) doesn’t count as “a green” in the dinner mix of courses.
