"USS ARE"
"I hereby dedicate this warship in the name of Commander Abraham Roosevelt Eisenhower, a true hero who embodied the spirit... yes, soldier, what is it?"
I googled this because I vaguely recognized the word ‘ussare’, it’s u-language from knoparmoj (chimney sweep language) where initial consonants are changed to u; in this case ‘passa dig’ meaning ‘watch it!’. I wondered why the artist was suddenly joking about an obscure 100 year old swedish secret language. But of course it is the curse of bilingualism that I did not get uss r immediately.

I think the “are” is suppose to be a pirate growl. “Ahrrr”
