USS ARE ain’t proper. It should be WEE IS.

Shouldn’t have been “Russian” when deciding the name

I googled this because I vaguely recognized the word ‘ussare’, it’s u-language from knoparmoj (chimney sweep language) where initial consonants are changed to u; in this case ‘passa dig’ meaning ‘watch it!’. I wondered why the artist was suddenly joking about an obscure 100 year old swedish secret language. But of course it is the curse of bilingualism that I did not get uss r immediately.

Fist off…it’s, “sailor”, not soldier! Why would the freakin’ army be there?!

If the name is USS ARE, then Soviet…I mean, so be it.

I think the “are” is suppose to be a pirate growl. “Ahrrr”
