THIRD: add another apostrophe (please take care not to add any spaces….the only space should be between the a and the h in the first step. That is critical in the code part of the link!)so, as I was saying, add: ’>
FOURTH: at this time you can “name your link” whatever you want. Most people prefer to actually say what it is, because the preference is to know what you’re clicking on. But, here, since I don’t know yet what your link is, I’m just going to put "CLICK HERE*.
It’s been ages since we’ve seen “Retired And Lovin’ It”, but it was worth waiting for! Well done, again! I love Cleo!!!!!
BTW, count me in as one who stays far away from Facebook! I don’t understand how people spend so much time there, updating their status every possible second…especially when they can spend their time much more productively on the comics!
Seriously, I think Facebook and other social media sites have gotten way out of hand and I don’t understand why people aren’t more concerned about privacy issues and the fact that these sites aren’t too concerned about your privacy. I recently opened a gmail acct. with Google and was stunned at the information about me that Google wants the world wide web to know. I’ll be cancelling that account today!!
You must be so relieved that hospice is involved now, and that they can especially monitor and tend your mom’s medical issues now, and also offer support to you.
I’m so glad your brother’s visit went well yesterday. It must have been great to see him. I hope he’ll be able to get in some more visits soon.
Hang in there, happy !…sending a big hug across the country…
just doing a few of these darn cartoons makes me appreciate what a daily cartoonist goes through. I take shortcuts whenever I can, but it is surprising how much time it takes from pencil sketch to final rendering, to complete just a simple little cartoon like mine.I have nothing but admiration for those folks and I understand a little why guys like Breathed, Watterson and Larsen bailed out while they were on top. A daily strip is a grind!thanks again for all the kind words, everyone….maybe after a year of churning out these things I’ll have enough to sherpa them.
im going to let mom go.its timethe nurse said she womt last more than a few days anyway.the fistula is totally uncontroalable. My job now is pain control.
Even when you’re prepared for it, happy, it’ll still hit like a brick when it happens. For her sake, I hope there won’t be too much time left to suffer.
Jkiss said, about 6 hours ago@StelBelI hate it when that happens. By the time the alarm goes off, the last thing you wanna do is get up and start your day.+++++++++++++++That’s what happened to me this morning. I was so tired, the alarm just sounded like an annoying sound (which of course it is). So I just hit off and went back to sleep.Yikes! I woke up two hours later to realize that I have school today, So I jumped out of bed and rushed to get out. We have to call ahead if we are going to be late, so I called and the instructor just said “okay” and off I went……
The “kicker” is that because of a winter storm here, everyone was calling in late to this poor man, and we didn’t realize until we all finally arrived that the instructor we were calling WASN’T EVEN HERE. He is in Vancouver on a conference. We all woke him up at 4:30 a.m. lol!He texted another instructor here and told her, “Students keep calling me to tell me they will be late or absent. They are dropping like flies!”He must have wondered what the heck was happening here.
Happy I had to stop the machines that were keeping my Mom alive so I know a little of what you are feeling. It hurts for a long time but it does get better.

But when it comes, she will be at PEACE! Just know you did the best you could for her, and somewhere, in her mind, she knows that, I think.
