Fortunately my local PBS stations carried Red Dwarf for a few more years, Fellow Baby. But they released a couple DVD’s recently that I haven’t seen since I moved to south Texas. They don’t carry Red Dwarf down here.
BaconBoyCamper, I also can see it on HULU down here. But I only watch shows on HULU that I can’t get on DVD or have never seen before. I can’t get Lou Grant on DVD and had never seen Dark Shadows or Yes, Minister. If I’ve seen a show I liked or loved, I would prefer to have it in my own DVD collection.
I have over 500 (mostly classic) movies in my movie collection and 183 season of 50 different TV shows in my collection. I rarely watch prime time television any more, with the exception of any football games that I might want to see or classic movies on TCM that I don’t have in my collection.
Today’s strip brought quite a smile to my face. I remember bathing our dog and having a towel to immediately wrap her. If I didn’t do this, there would be water sprayed everywhere; mostly on me!
I went down town to the fudge shop to get an icecream cone, and went over to sit on the sea wall to eat it. I watched, about a half mile out, some whale watch boats.While sitting there someone told me that a mother and her calf had bin seen down at Boiler Bay so I stopped ther on my way home.They had moved off to the south a bit, but turned around after I arrived. I got to see them go past the point, north again, about 25 or 30 yards out.I will never,ever,ever,get tired of that.The place I reside can be sooo awesome.
OR HE FOUND US, WHATEVER! SO GLAD TO KNOW YOU SIR!
And yes, YOU LIVE IN A GREAT PLACE INDEED! I LOVE THE OCEAN! And I live in Central PA as you know. Nice enough, but only see MY OCEAN now and then, sigh!

I’d be jumping back into the shower Mel. There was probably more shaken off of Fergus than just water. I know my doggies.

And I thought Mel wouldn’t need to take a shower after that.
Good morning, cleo, sugar, Fellow Baby & the rest of the CD gang!

Never heard of Red Dwarf, GROG. I guess you won’t be surprised at that, as I stopped watching TV years ago.

@HAPPY, I think that rabbit looks half asleep, lulled by the warm water.

Reminds me of Bugs Bunny, for some reason….The bunny, not Fergus. Fergus reminds me of the Tazmanian Devil.

@Shikamoo!
Shika, the first time I saw Red Dwarf was on a local CBC station back in 1988 or 89.
That recently, eh? :-)
