That could be great for my house, then I could drop the cargo back on the dog owner who left it on my front lawn.

No seriously though, a neighbor of mine got so mad at this guy who walked his dog down the sidewalk each day. He asked him to pick up after his dog and the person flipped him off, he called the police and they said they can’t do anything unless he is still there by the time they get there. He asked if he could detain the person until the police gets there, was told only if they willingly stay.

So he lost it one day (old retired guy who has time to watch his lawn each day) and told him that he left his dog poop and the dog owner yelled back “keep it” so he hucked it at the guy in the head. Now the dog owner called the police, willingly stuck around until they got there and the police charged the old man with disturbing the peace and still refused to charge the dog owner for not cleaning up after his dog.

They told my neighbor, you can’t throw it at him you can ask him to stay while calling the police but if he isn’t there when they get there, there is nothing they can do.

To this day my neighbor calls the police every morning when this happens and insist they come out and do a report. He figures maybe some day they’ll get so sick of it that they’ll actually do something about it. Until then they have to come out The dog owner has actually gotten to the point of insisting his dog do its business right there on the lawn every day to as a point to tick him off even more. At last count there was over 1000 police reports about this happening to my neighbor.

Secretly I’m kind of happy cause this means the dog never goes on my lawn anymore, where it used to be random it is always my neighbor now. Although I do suspect one day my neighbor may shoot the dog from a hidden location, in hopes of ending the nightmare.
