well its tricky…it was presented to me like this, try to pick up that eraser. If you picked it up, you didn’t try you did. If you leave it, then you didn’t try…so how exactly does one try at doing something? you either do it or you don’t. If you fail is an entirely separate issue.
I’m a morning person but very quiet until later in the day, unless my neighbors were up late not showing the same courtesy. Then up starts the snowblower, lawnmower, or the car alarm at 6am.
They aren’t illegal here either, in fact looking into anyones windows so long as your not trespassing is perfectly legal. Don’t want someone watching you, block the windows.
about 10 years ago there was a case where a lady would work out in front of her main large living room window in the buff, a guy would walk by everyday with his dog, one day he stopped and took some pictures. He stayed on the sidewalk the entire time. She called the police to have him arrested for voyeurism.
After a court case it was determined that she should have closed her curtains or taken other measures that she has no right to privacy so long as one can see into her house. One cannot be exposed that way in your house and expect others not to look in or take pictures.
I have no idea why someone would do that anyways if they didn’t want someone to see them.
Most people think technology is great, until they lose their jobs to it.
