Just tap the brakes a few times. He’ll learn patience.

This wouldn’t work in Southern California traffic. Ahead 5mph for 100 feet. Stop. Ahead 5mph for 100 feet. Stop.

So the cop pulls me over and says I shouldn’t be driving because I’ve had too many beers. I told him it’s okay because I’m not driving, I’m boating. He says that’s as may be, but my safety chain and brake lights for the trailer aren’t hooked up and I lost my skier two miles back.

Nobody water skis around here anymore. There are too many boats driven by people that don’t know how to run a boat. They run their boats like they drive on the road….poorly.Oh, and the jet skiers…I actually saw a DA on one run between a skier and the towing boat. Luckily no one got hurt.

Leo Anthony Gallagher, Jr., the comedian, tried that once and ended up breaking his arm. He was going to use the video as part of one of his shows, but ended up showing the audience how he broke his arm, which was still in a cast at that time. He had to have someone, his brother?, swing the sledge-o-matic for him.

did that once many years ago on a nice newly paved little traveled winding country road…my friend and I took turns…actually got it up to 55 a few times! I’m surprised we didn’t burn out the wheel bearings on our roller blades….Whew!…. my heart is palpitating just sitting here thinking about it!
