It’s one of the few times you can get away with lying and not get into trouble. Anything…Anything but what info on what it really is.
Of course my wife is really bad at gift giving. She’s really bad at giving hints if she doesn’t outright tell me what she got. (of course it’s cute when she covers her mouth when she realizes what she did. This is also the reason I don’t tell her what I got the kid for birthday/christmas. She can’t keep a secret. Worse the kid is almost as bad as the mom.
