That’s how the Romans celebrated it over 2,200 years ago.

A nice single malt should warm the innards nicely .

I don’t agree that Christmas is only in the Catholic church. Christmas is wherever anyone feels the peace and joy that comes with the meaning of the season. That can come anywhere and anytime of the year.

Yeah … a nice eighteen year old Macallan would do nicely. On a recent trip to London Klaatu and I visited a shop that specialized in Single Malts. They had a bottle of fifty one year old Macallan … only 3750 pounds sterling … over $7000. Probably won’t find that in my stocking this year (smile).

Good friends, good cheer, in a place you enjoy… And if your favorite libation just happens to be at hand - well, that makes the season all the brighter!

nighthawks – i agree – too much information all the time.

it’s getting to the point where i just ignore a certain person’s lengthy and needlessly informative effusions

I read all the comments. They are usually at least as much fun as reading the comic strip.

The lengthier and more informative pique the intellect. The great puns bring out a smile. The downright funny ones get a chuckle. All the rest round out the experience.

    Seasons Greetings, one and all.
