Even my kids loved sushi by the time they were in kindergarten.
Sushi is also good for teaching real-world economic realities to preschoolers - people like us have to watch our money because we can’t afford to eat sushi all the time, as rich people can. Kids really get that … IF they like sushi.

the texture, flavor, and YOU DO NOT SPREAD WASABI ON TOP! The correct way to eat it is by mixing wasabi with soy sauce and dipping the sushi in that.
