It won’t make any difference if we all have the same skin color etc. It’s human nature to try to feel secure by finding “our people”, forming a group where you feel you belong, and excluding those who might make us feel less secure. If we were all the same color, had the same eye color etc, we’d have to make those other people wear stars on their arms or something. Or, possibly, we could summon the courage to grow up and accept everybody based on their character and not irrelevant physical characteristics.
