My children do their own homework, I just check it and offer a suggestion or two if they’re doing a project but they usually come up with better ideas on their own.
my son was in advanced math classes that neither his father nor myself could have helped him with….thankfully he won a full scholarship and the only thing I helped him with was writing his essay’s applying to the colleges of his choice…and even that I just corrected some punctuation and had him add a bit more about future hopes…now he is about to become a father himself and I hope he lets his children do their own work so that they can follow in his INDEPENDENT footsteps…
