Actually eating meals on a structured time schedule is much more healther than eating whatever, whenever. One has better control on how much you eat and a better balanced diet. I know this by practicing the reverse for most of my adult life.
Its nice to break from the desk. Get up, stretch the legs – breathe different air. Besides – if you’re used to eating at certain time and don’t…..the headache puts you in a nasty mood. Besides, you don’t have to have lunch foods at lunch.

better to eat small, healty snacks every hour or so all day, than three large meals a day. much better on your system.

Actually, by Federal law, you are entitled/required to a half an hour if you work more than 5 hours.
