Smells do have magic powers….

Where’s the broom? Don’t leave home without it. But maybe if you broke down and and ate any of that stuff, you should be walking home.

Magical, wonderful aromas, so uplifting! Then down with a thud!

Decisions, decisions, decisions .

Those places sure do stay open late. It’s just a couple of hours til sunrise, judging by the moon.

nothing like driving down North Central Expressway and driving by Mrs. Beard’s Bakery….absolutely made the drive worth while.

The nose knows, it’s the brain that doesn’t have a clue.

Are we doing that “telling time by the phase of the moon” myth again?

You have a point, JP Steve. Most cartoonists (like a surprising number of other modern people) have no clue about the phases of the moon. In the Enchanted Forest, the moon’s phases probably aren’t even predictable anyway.

I don’t think Meyers is having a problem with the moon’s phase, it’s people who make statements like “It’s just a couple of hours til sunrise, judging by the moon.” that have me gobsmacked!

jp… gobsmacked …great word ! i wonder if the people who judge the moon are the same people who give way too much detail when asked “how was your day?” we shouldn’t judge the moon,it doesn’t judge us. ;)
