He’s a ventriloquist. I liked him before he was trendy, but I’ll confess I’m a little tired of him. He’s playing huge stadiums now and charging $100 a ticket to see him. No chance of seeing his lips move from the upper bleachers, I guess!
Folks, if you’re trying to get to the main TNAOQV site today, it’s down because I haven’t had the money to renew the hosting account yet. Hopefully it will come back in a few days if I can scrape together the funds.
Sometimes Jeff’s funny. Sometimes, he isn’t. Achmed and Walter are my 2 favorite puppets. I don’t understand Bubba J. at all, and Peanut is so spastic, it’s hard to keep up. (Although his joke about all the Cubans living in Miami is pretty funny since… well… I live here, and it’s true.)
Jeff Dunham… well, even the most hardened redneck had to admit “GIT ‘R’ DUN!!!” was getting sort of stale (especially when it became a standard phrase with no irony or humor attached), so they had to move on to something more annoying and almost patriotically offensive.
This is so odd! My son started getting into ventriloquism a few weeks ago and, since then, I keep running into vent references in unusual places! How funny!
I will admit I haven’t seen Jeff lately, but I saw him in “Sugar Babies”, what, 25 years ago? He was hilarious! I am surprised to hear he’s still doing the same routines, but, then, Senor Wences did the same routines forever and he was still funny.

You gotta admit Achmed was a pretty funny routine… the first time.

Maybe Vicky would find him funny if there were a picture on the TV and the TV faced her…

Well, at least he worked hard to gain the position he is in, unlike some monarchs I could name.

I wonder if Pap will do play off of the upcoming Young Victoria movie coming out.

I like Jeff’s standup, especially Achmed and Jose. The television show isn’t much good, but the concerts are cool, like the Christmas special.

That was fast. Thank you to the donor. I’ve put the payment through and it should be back for another month.
