Good one GM!

Spam - “pink lint” we used to call it. Brings back memories. Have no idea how I could eat the stuff, much less like it!

British cook..they boil meat…or is it meat?

Reminds me of OUR fridge!! We put drinks outside in the balcony during winter for “instant freezing”..

Best way to eat Spam, put cinnamon on it and fry it in pineapple juice then serve it with a pineapple ring on top.

I’m surprised Wolfie doesn’t feast on that refrigerator every night.

I cringed everytime I saw Spam being taken out of the pantry when I grew up…

Well somebody likes it because there is bunch of it made? Now there is even a smoked version. And just a side thought… After you pull the top off punch a small hole in the closed end so when you try and get the Spam out of the can it’s made easier. I still remember the twist key you had to use to open the can with, I’m dating myself? Maybe, or am I saying I like Spam and sometimes I take about 1/4 slice and fry it with a couple eggs and toast…

The Spam brand has other canned meats (like turkey). I was never a fan of pork (the original Spam is canned pork shoulder). Pork is biochemically almost the same as human flesh. High tech analyzers can’t tell the difference. Pig parts are common xeno-transplants - especially skin. Cannibals called their human prey “long pork”.

Prety good gag, but I think the Spam reference in the first panel distracts from the punch line … which is that the fridge isn’t a fridge at all. Which you knew of course, didn;t mean to get all jaddy on you.

I’m pink, therefore I’m Spam.

If C. Chick and F. Broad really want to dine well, they should make their way to Camelot and eat ham and jam and Spam a lot.

i don’t eat it much any more, but i do like spam (just not with green eggs).

I remember eating fried spam and eggs as a kid. If you prepare it right, it can taste good.

funny that WildMUSTANG is asking what SPAM is made of! LOL! don’t worry, they say its pork… and wolfie knows better than to compete with F Broad, remember how she handles a club?

Lay the Spam on a cutting board, add tomatoes, onion and spices. Mix well. Scrape the Spam into the dog dish and eat the board.

Tsali Queyi I think I like your recipe best, but I wouldn’t feed it to my dog either…if I had a dog that is.

We used to have it a lot in the Navy, fried on the grill, every time we ran out of steaks. I haven’t eaten any since I got out, and that was 30 years ago.

Spam (the can) was a mainstay on our many jungle treks when I was growing up…

I have not bought it since becoming a salaried consumer.

That was then, this is now…without Spam.
