I’m a tad confused ! But it seems Shuter is now back on the investigative trail that could / should eventually lead to some success. You’d think the FBI would also have a parralel investigation into the back ground and contacts of it’s dead agent to nail down the individual who planted the bomb in his head. This might further produce the link and meaningful evidence on the Blue Circle that Shuter needs
