Letter: Celeste, hubby's daughter, still has a good job with a major department store in Dallas, which means instead of calling up her father and asking for money every couple of weeks, she calls to asks her father for money now only once a month. This is wonderful! His cute little girl is standing on her own two feet. However, those feet are covered by shoes purchased with a maxed-out credit card. Hence, the calls are made - by some cruel twist of fate - via her daddy's own phone card. So he ends up paying money to talk to his daughter who is calling to ask for money.
