Clayton: Dad, there's a video game I have to have. May I have an advance on my allowance? Adam: Loan you money in these uncertain times?! Clayton: What better way to help stimulate the economy than by having me buy things! It's my patriotic duty.

No, silly! It’s your patriotic duty to give all of your money to the government! Aren’t you listening to Anointed Vice President Biden????

I really don’t see how anyone can spend over a trillion dollars and then promise to take a cut in pay. Talk about building castles in the sky….

But what they shopped for wasnt worth anything. Putting money to work means buying a fishing net or vegetable seeds for a garden or a beautiful fruit tree or nut tree or a sewing machine and some decent material or solar panels or baffled radiator vents to open and close for fresh air, up near the ceiling and down near the floor, or buying a book on cooking with yeast or a grain mill or a nice shade tree like green tea or ginkgo or pretty bushes like ginger. Wasting money is not The American Way, because that is not how this country got it together. It is his Patriotic Duty to learn to net fish. :D
