Let’s try that punchline again, Adam. “Hey! Doesn’t that ‘tie’ my record?” Get it?

adam needs to switch to decaf cause he’s letting his mouth run before he lets his mind think

Gosh, I loved Jackie Gleason as a boy. My father did too. That was the one time all week when he really seemed relaxed … when the Honeymooners was on.

I guess Adam hasn’t been keeping up with “Daddy’s Home”, otherwise he would have learned in moments like this it’s better to just keep your mouth closed.

That’s what I like about it. Adam really thinks he’s given her a compliment. He’s not being mean.

So what’s happened with Adam–is he getting meaner, or is it just my imagination?

I read it like Linwood, he’s not being mean, he actually thinks it’s a compliment. I was engaged to a man like that.
