I’ve seen Waldo and Carmen shipped before. In one fan comic, they even had a baby who disappeared immediately at the hospital. But they never connected with Nemo before. Or even Amelia Earhart or D.B. Cooper.
You mav be thinking on an earlier little-known game that was like Carmen Sandiego, where the “villian” of the game was a man, but very few people know of or remember it. I even forgot the title. I just know it was history rather than geography…instead of finding out WHERE he is, you have to find out WHEN he is.

I guess I’m going to have to let the cat out of the bag on this one: They live next door to Jimmy Hoffa.

There you are Carmen! Where in the world have you been??

No, Carmen was always a woman, and AFAIK it’s never been a man’s first name. You may have mistaken one of her henchmen for her.
