Well, he’s right. If this guy is a criminal (established yesterday) their trying to bring in, then just letting him leave is a terrible cop.
Now on the whole good cop bad cop shtick, Cap’s clueless. Dynaman oughta let Cap be the bad cop but say HE’s going to play bad cop and Cap should play good cop like he did yesterday. THEN he actually plays good cop. With Cap’s batting average on this, it might work. Or Cap might play good cop.
