It could be worse, they could be shipping prosthetics. Way more expensive, and much more at stake, at least from the patient’s point of view. Of course as mannequins go, it would be nothing to lose your head over.

They are not getting a head very fast. If this keeps up, they will take it in the neck. They’d better fix the problem, or they might go bust.
