I saw a documentary about when a group of men tried to steal Lincoln’s body. From the time he was shot at Ford’s Theater to the final internment in cement, his body had been moved ten times!! The theft didn’t happen although it did get started until they were interrupted by mistaken gunfire in the cemetery
