I work in a small engine shop and let me tell you it is not just printers. I hate having to call the tech support line. I can get to talk to people that the general public can not and still it is madding trying to get some one that knows anything. I have had them tell me “We you figure it out can you call be back and tell me so I will know when some one else calls”?
