Ah, yeah, sorry Ladies, but to many regular guys, the perception of harassment seems very arbitrary. So most of us just give up flirting and leave the lovelier gender puzzled why they aren’t getting attention as much as their Mothers say they used to.Yes, I do know that there are case where slimeballs are beyond tolerable. (I ask what would I like to have happen to me.)But I was speaking to a very attractive young woman and she was complaining why the less-than-appealing boys were hitting on her. To her credit, she giggled when I pointed out that she had high standards.
that is my main complaint about the law. It’s like back in the sixties a girl was not wearing a bra and a see see thru top. And when i looked over she said what are you looking at Isaid your T*&s . Today I would be out of work or in jail with a lawsuit. The point is I agree with you if one person can say it (or in my case look at what you are selling ) then everyone should. I do agree there is a limit
Ronald Rini – one comment is not sexual harassment. Repeated comments – especially if you have been asked to stop – is sexual harassment. And companies have dress codes. You could just as easily file an HR complaint that she is inappropriately dressed. It’s what happened in a company I worked in – a team of women that came in wearing very revealing clothing tried to bring up an entire tech team for sexual harassment just for looking. The women on that tech team stood by their male colleagues and filed a complaint with HR that the women were inappropriately dressed. Both complaints were dropped but the women on the team that yelled sexual harassment stopped wearing cocktail dresses and started wearing jeans and polos like everyone else.

Sexual harrassment is not reported in our office. It is, however, graded.
