Ralph: I'm passing around a sign-up sheet... Every neighbor should write their name and hone number so we can contact each other in case of emergency! Steinbauer: I'm not going to give out personal information! I'll end up on some telemarketing list! Ralph: How do you suggest we contact each other after a disaster? Steinbauer: Let's practice our screaming!

Then of course, who would want to call Steinbauer for help anyway? This meeting has probably convinced all the other neighbors that he’s as much of a jerk as Ralph thinks he is.

For once Ralph is the one with the right idea. A neighborhood emergency plan is a good idea and Steinbauer is clearly the idiot.
