Rose: Peekaboo, I take full responsibility!
Rose: I left the door open! Please accept my heartfelt apology! Do stay in touch!
Peekaboo: At least I was cordially uninvited.
That scene happens a few times a week in my bedroom. If Fuzz-butt would just lay down instead of standing on my rib cage and licking my eyelids, then I’d leave the welcome mat out.
LOL Laura my one cat has a habit of doing that too, but he also HAS to sleep with me like a teddy bear or he is not happy! He has slept with me under an arm or at least right next to me, and it has to be on the side im facing , since he was a kitten. He is now 17 years old, dont think im going to break the habit now!
Scrappy sleeps at the foot of the bed and woe be to uncovered toes. I can always tell when the weather gets cold because that is when Trouble decides it’s time to share Momma’s pillow.
My cat can’t make up her mind to sleep on the bed or elsewhere. She keeps trading off. Very annoying when you want to roll over but she’s there in the way.
Exactly, Artybee. Two of our clowder always sleep on the bed and others will make forays onto (or even under) the covers, especially as the weather cools.
My cat had to be banished from my bedroom because she started peeing on the bed and crapping on the floor under it. No problem with the litter box before or since.

Who wouldn’t want a warm, furry, purry kitty snuggled up with them?? I can’t sleep without one!

Much as I love sleeping cats, the one kneading and purring on my face is welcome to migrate to the end of the bed … no, the other end .. LOL

The best sleep I get is when my cat snuggles up against my back and purrs loudly. It’s the most comforting sound in the world.
