    The Emperor Nero banned Mimes from the city of Rome. Ugo Chavez INVITED them into the city of Caracas.There’s a deeper mening here, but I’m not quite sure what it is.

    I hear a lot about people stealing metal, mostly copper. I don’t understand why the authorities don’t crack down on the scrap metal buyers. If you can’t sell it you won’t steal it.
