Funny how studies have found that Fox News watchers are not only the least informed of versus viewers of other TV networks news, but less informed than even people who don’t watch the news at all: Fox News viewers least informedThat pretty much tells you that either Faux viewers are unusually stupid, or more likely that they are actually misinformed by watching Fox.
Fox News more properly belongs in the category of “infotainment” – there is little to no attempt to separate editorial comment from the reporting, and choices of news to cover, and how to report it fall more into the category of making stories (ie., like “reality” TV shows do) than it does of reporting the news. Your choice of example is very telling in that regard. As is your saying you saw it with your own eyes – unless you were actually present at the scene, you saw what someone chose to show you – a potentially very different thing.
Who said anything about politics? My comment was about news sources. You’re the one who brought up politics, and if you can’t tell the difference between news and politics…I guess you must be a Fux News fan, child.
