Funny use of Stephen King. The story could be similar to one that he wrote years ago about a mangle ironer in a laundry that devoured people.

Sometimes I think that King just has a huge pile of pages that he shuffles and deals out into stacks when he needs a new bunch of books. A People magazine from the 1980s said it best: “Stephen King – That’s not writing, that’s word processing!”
