But… his bottle says Land o’ Lakes, so I thought it was real butter. I Googled it, though, and they do make margarine (non-squeezy.)

And you’re right, too, pcolli….but there is butter available with supposedly nothing added but a little olive oil to make it soft.Haven’t really checked it out cos it comes in a tub, which I don’t like.

I hardly use any butter, so a bottle of the real stuff, soft enough to squeeze, even cold….while not too eco-friendy, is just a lazy dream…an eyeballed tablespoon or two for a recipe, a dab for the toast…no plate, no knife, no bother…and wouldn’t spoil quickly or pick up flavors in storage.Maybe I could do like the guy in Johnny’s picture* and make my own… just nuke it for a sec.Thanks everybody for actually answering!*It’s not Johnny, it seems to be a guy named Matt Arriola at Graceland.Do I get a Google prize?
