Ever wonder why so many of our pets are developing allergies to wheat, corn, soy and gluten ? Why, all of a sudden humans are also developing these same allergies ( although we aren’t chewing on our paws ) ?Food for thought…
treesareus – GMO refers to direct editing of DNA, not to breeding (which is natural selection where we do the selecting). You seem to be a fan of newspeak.
There was an effort in the 1960’s to evolve a 4-legged chicken. Goal: All the kids at the dinner table would get a drumstick. Lots of money was invested. Evolution does not work.

“Everything you eat has been “genetically modified” over the years, except for wild game and native plants. Get over it.”
You should have stopped after “modified” – reread Natural Selection

Yes, the trout with legs will probably suffer from cold feet syndrome. And since it is delicious, it may get overfished.

Can we still call trout with legs a fish? Can we still call Cosmo a bird? Is he also genetically modified?

@treesareus – There is a considerable difference between selective breeding and what they are doing in the labs these days.
