‘nother bird on the cave wall.DAZZ & The Blue, from yesterday’s comments — there’s some chance being a past president of the local Audubon Society had something to do with getting me in here the first time. Liking the comics, of course, kept me coming back.
Great comments from DAZZ & Thom yesterday! I started reading the BirdBrains because it was funny. Then, because it was about Birds…………..we have binocs sitting on the windowsill of our den facing the bird feeder…………We have sooooo many sightings, and they put on quite a show.
Oh, and secretly, I love the faces Thom puts in his drawings the best. He is so terrific!!!!
This one that Thom has sighted is a fine example of the blue rinsed toothy Neanderthalbatross. Crow Magnon evolved with a black hue which gave rise to the term “raven black hair” in later eras.
Faces in the cave, bird feathers, bush, etc. (For those annoyed, I think there’s some way to stop animation of avatars but, since they usually don’t bother me, I’ve forgotten how. Anybody?)

? I don’t even see Larry’s head when I’m reading the strip. Who cares anyways? I think it is funny, and I also know that Larry loves to drive us nuts.
Right Larry?
