Neither do I. Yesterday I was going to the grocery store and there was a car accident right in front of me. I was only separated from the accident by one car. Four cars were involved.
I do most of my shopping online except for clothes. They never fit right or look like they do on the computer and I usually send them back.I do love the feeling of energy and excitement when you go to the mall this time of year.
I’ve done most of my Christmas shopping online for a few years now. You ask their mothers what the grandkids want (they live in other states from me) and the mothers say, “Oh anything. They’ll like it as long as it’s from you.”. Well that’s a crock! The grandkids are at an age now that no matter what you get them it’s not right, so this year they all got $50 gift cards and their mothers can take them shopping and get them what they do want. So now not even any online shopping. I can get gift cards when I do my grocery shopping. Lazy? Maybe. But at least the little br . . . . um . . . darlings can get what they really want for Christmas.
I still shop in person for “stocking stuffers” because if it costs more than $5-10, it is a regular gift, not a stocking stuffer. For specific & more expensive gifts, I do like shopping on-line. I do my shopping usually during the week, during the day. If I go on the weekend, it is after supper, but only if necessary. I stay away from the malls, although I’ll go to strip shopping centers. The parking usually is much less of a hassle. Also, with my heart disease, I prefer to shop where I can push a shopping cart out to my car if need be.

Me neither. In fact, when I do fight the crowds, I lose a little bit of faith in humanity.
