Artur, maybe you should find some new friends

i fell bad for artur . he really likes jenny . but when nate actually gets with her he forgets about her as illustrated in the 1997 strips

In the 3rd panel, there is the girl whose name Nate always forgets.

what do you mean “thinking jenny would take him back .” they never went out in the first place . … your right artur is a very nice guy but as we get to know him more he does have faults . he is very belieing trusty and naive . has a huge blind spot

its been a while since i’ve read the arturs first appearance strips . was he an exchange student from beleurus or had he just moved from beleurus . if he was an exchange student shouldn’t he be going back soon

Maybe she sees that Artur has a lousey hair style. Was she ever Nate’s girl friend? If so, she’s got his number.

Perhaps the thrill is gone…..or at least fading……..even so, Nate hasn’t got a prayer….I thought that maybe, just maybe this had finally sunk in after that “old photograph” incident a few years ago…….he admitted that Jenny likely really never liked him, never does, and likely never will….but then he retrieved the torn-up photograph pieces he’d just thrown on the ground. It goes on Judah, uhhhhh, I mean Nate….it goes on.

I can’t believe Artur is that dense. If Nate ever did get Jenny it wouldn’t last. She’s too dull for him. The realization would never live up to his imagination. Gina is the girl for Nate. She’s witty and willing to dive in head first as she did when she challenged Nate to the chess match.

Sigh. I like how Nate likes Jenny, but she is not right for him, and how nieve Artur is makes me sad. On the other hand, great strip!
