He forgot “tugarraF” as an answer. Now, who can answer True or False, “You can reach the high notes in the Star Spangled Banner by standing on your toes”
I wish I’d had had a classmate like that. It would certainly have relieved the tedium. Oh, and remember: In Fourteen Hundred and Ninety Three, Columbus sailed the deep blue sea.
Calvin is a hero, a role model. He usually has a Pslan B that works—at least for him. He has his own path to destiny and sticks to it through adversity. Hooray for Calvin.
The looks on all those faces in panel 3, the smile in panel 4… This was much more fun then I expected. If he gets a good grade would make it one of the best weeks in Calvin and Hobbes.

Again, Calvin takes some amazing tests. No six-year-old I ever knew would know about the Battle of Lexington, Trotsky or the cotton gin.

Does this mean he gets to take the test again?

I foresee years of therapy following this incident—but for Calvin or for Mrs. Wormwood?

A triumph! Temporary, no doubt, but a triumph nonetheless.

Good triumphs over evil. ….….Unless, of course, Stupid Man got them all wrong because he was looking into the future,

Great class. How can you be bored with Calvin in your class. I’d be in trouble for laughing so hard.

Those are pretty cool answers—though maybe not to the questions on the test. Why can’t I ever think of those?
