Woman: What's that on the deck? Man: An outdoor fireplace. It'll be nice when we grill out to have it all stoked up and blazing merrily away. Woman: Yeah, you can never have too many risky fire hazards going at once, I always say.
I’ve read the reports.. we never put foods directly on the shelves and did mostly canning and boiling things, but sometimes you wonder what others did back in the day… Later, these days, we use oven grilles and let it go at that.

27 concrete blocks and an old refrigerator shelf did it for us.
