There is power in a Union. The only institution that stands for the rights of the worker. Problems, yes, as in any large institution but an institution to be improved upon as opposed to abandoned. Don’t like unions? Join one and change it.
@ PRFC – Yeah, let’s go back to the sweat shops and company towns, company stores, 16 tons and all that. If the worker is abused by the 1% job creators that’s what he gets for not being smart enough to become one of the 1%. Either that or not smart enough to be born rich. Screw the unions.

All-you-all are stating extremes. Reality is somewhere in the middle..I think that’s the problem with most politics: overly filtered views.
