I went on vacation with 3 women. One received government grants for providing ex-felons with jobs. She booked the most expensive rooms at the hotels where we stayed. She flies to Puerto Rico for just the weekends and stays in the most luxurious hotels; so this comic is right on the mark.

Yes, it’s always easier to spend someone else’s money than your own.
