Alex: How could you buy this stuff, Cathy? Don't you read the nutrition facts panel? Cathy: I got up at 6:00 AM, Alex, raced to the office.. killed myself at work all day.. and had 12 minutes to hit the ATM, post office, cleaners and grocery store before charging home to clean the house, walk the dog and get beautiful for our date! No, I did not read the nutrition facts panel! I grabbed the first thing I saw and condsider it a miracle that there's any food in the house at all! Alex: You wouldn't be so cranky if you chose foods that were higher in carbohydrate bulk. Cathy: Perfect. I've come to the last straw, and it's made of fiber.
